In regular session meetings, the Board can (and does) grant the presence of specific guests. If you wish to attend this regular session meeting (or a scheduled regular meeting in the future), please contact the Board Secretary for consideration. Approval to attend is at the sole discretion of the Board.
Immediately following the regular session BOD meeting, there will be an Executive Board of Directors meeting to discuss matters which are deemed as private and/or are privacy protected under the laws in the State of California and the Federal Government.
Our BOD meetings are ordinarily governed onboard the USS Midway Museum at the ship's wardroom in San Diego, California. As a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the bi-monthly Board of Directors meetings will be carried out via Zoom webcast until further notice.
This message hereby serves as legal notice of when and where this meeting is to take place.
